When it comes to business there is nothing more important and cost effective than a word of mouth referral from a happy customer.

If someone is happy with your product or service they'll tell five people but if they are unhappy with your service or product they'll tell twenty five people.

So how do you get people to willingly brag about your company to their friends?

It comes down to the small things people really appreciate with receiving good service.

Here's a great example for you...

I went to a retail shop where I attended frequently and the lady asked me where I'd been because there was a special bag she put away for me, even though I hadn't asked her to she had thought of her customer. She now gives me regular discounts when I go in.

I couldn't believe the service and thoughtfulness from that lady for the gesture.

Guess what happened?

I raved about the shop to every person I spoke to for months and also became a converted evangelist to their business.

Ask yourself the question...

What can I do in my business to make people want to go out and brag about your business to their friends and associates?

It only takes a few inches to stand out above the crowd so be a little bit better in your business and people will be compelled to tell more people about you.

This is the cheapest and most effective advertising you could ever hope for.
